Fixing Dolphin 7 navigation

The navigation on my site is not done correctly.

The project is to complete the operation of the navigational structure of a social networking membership site. As well as clearing up a few loose odds and ends such as uploading a video and a couple of documents.

I would like to make navigating the site easier for my members and get rid of the things that make it a Dolphin site and make it my own.
It is important that this job be complete in the indicated timeline and that you have experience working with Dolphin. This has the potential to be an ongoing job. At this point, I just want to get the site functional for launch. Is this a project that you have time for and can successfully complete within that time frame?
