General Help Getting Dolphin Site Up and Running

I am looking for help getting my dolphin site up and running.  I have absolutely no knowledge of dolphin, and I need someone whom can be my go-to dolphin dude or dudette!

I need someone who can install modules I purchase, help with any issues with modules after they have been installed.  I purchased Splash Builder Pro and am having issues with it, and the developer is MIA.

I also want to learn so that I can troubleshoot myself so you would be my dolphin teacher! 

This would be an ongoing as needed job.
