Groupon Feature, or Store Commissions Feature

I am looking to have a module developed that will replicate www.Groupon.com

And if that seems too complicated, then maybe some customizations to the Store Module will be more appropiate.

I am just looking for a way to generate a percentage of each product sold my site from other users.
