Looking for Dolphin Help

Hello,

I reviewed a demo of Dolphin and want to play around and test it out before committing to it. But I'm pretty non-technical and am looking to see if someone can help me set it up on a hosted server and help me put some of the basic components in place that I'd be using. Also, if I decide to use it, I will likely require some customization that I'll need to discuss with a developer to see if it can be done and how difficult it is.

I prefer to work with someone based in the USA if possible.
