Looking for someone to create keyword targeted groups on my website.

I currently have a website titled "Singles in Uniform". This is a nich site that is approximately 6 years old. The website targets single police officers, firefighters, corrections officers and military personnel. The site is www.TheBadge.org. I do not have the time nor the effort to complete this job.  Detailed group description must be included. Not interested in someone that is going to post junk. This site targets USA members.
