Music Store Player

I am looking for someone who knows music software really well to build me a music player very similar to this link:

Users player will perform the following:

1. be automatic post on every users profile as part of the default blocks

2. player will be linked to my membership levels and have limits on how many songs each user can upload for sale depending on membership level

3. All songs upload must be delievered to buyer automatic once bought

4. All songs are bought with paypal

5. User will have the option to change or load up their own lease rights

I have a few more details as well, but these are the main functions that i want to point out. Go to the example link and play around with the player so you can understand how it works. The other core functions should perform the same.
