Need Someone to move my users and content from my old D6 to my D7 Site, or upgrade my D6 to D7

Hello I need someone that can take my entire database of users and their content and settings from my current D6 site and migrate them to my new D7 site. I would like to have everything moved including all of their content with their profiles.

If it is easier or cheaper I would condier having the current D6 site upgraded to D7.
