Pictures in Join

We want to put pictures in the join form.

for example: People can choose wich home décor they like more. They can choose from 6 different pictures and click the one they like most.

It does not matter whether it via a checkbox below the image, or click on the image works.

The most beautiful would be only on the picture

Is that possible?
