Top Navigation Menu

Hopefully someone can help me with the problem what I am having with the navigation menu on my website.

Below is a picture how the menu stands now...

The intention is that there is @ the right of the menu, 1 item (whereby an arrow is set as icon) with a dropdown sub menu where the member can see options as privacy setting, log-out etc.

So the other menu items are float: left; and only this one is float: right;
How can I do that?
