Two additional Top Navigational Menus

I want to keep the current top navigational menu. But I want two menus on different rows below that.

2nd row: Search friends | Search roommates | Search babysitter/nannies |

3rd row: Sell/buy anything | Post/find jobs | | Search Tutors | Services |

As you can see the menus on the two rows are all going to point to the classifieds module but to different parts.

Is it possible to see the additional navigational menu builder in the admin area. That's great so that I can point the menus to the right urls. 

Is there a way that the two additional menus do not look like the image/design of the current top menu? I want some distinction between them. I hope this is not too much to ask.

What do you need from me to get started and how much?
