Upgrade website

Hi,

I have a website located on aaffair.com that i have lost touch with. I need it upgraded from bersion 6.0.0003 to the latest version with all the users intact and as much of the features as possible. It has over 3400 members and i would like to get it started again.

Can you please quote me and let me know how much and how long to get it upgraded and working with all the mods.
