User Managment

Request 1:

i need i user management controlling.

like i want to set a standard member to approve the video, audio, and new members.

and another standard member to publish news.

and another standard member to delete or edit profiles and comments.

cause i have a team work with me and i do not want to give them a full admin access.

Request 2:

i need Facebook, twitter and youtube buttons at the side like the one in this page.
