Video mod needed

i need a video mod that will allow member to view videos on my site once they upload videos. these videos must be an additon to video already on dolphin script. i need this video block/mod to also have the fucttion you can only view videos if member upgrades services

once the member upgrade they may also be able to upload their video but regular meber may only see video in other video mod i really want this im sure you guys are super smart please return job offer
