Have you put your Mochimedia PartnerID in the admin area of the module?

yes, ive had my regular tech guy spend days on it. It is set up correct and the module works. The importer does not. So i cant use the leaderboard and other stat boxes, it just lets you play games...so at the moment its deemed useless!!!!

Ok man... I only have one other idea which I know about,. You also have to "enable" the mochi account. It´s not enough only to create one account and put the partner id in -(I did this error when I did my install) - You probably also have checked this.
