Description box NOT showing up on profiles

It shows up fine when I'm logged in as any user. But when I'm viewing the site as a guest everything shows except the description box.

Any ideas?

check permissions for mebership levels in admin

Any field from all profile fields list can be set as viewed for anybody (Admin-Member-Moderator-Guest)
just check
admin/fields.php -> view Profile
