FAQ: Will I get high quality support once I order license?

Yes, the Prime package provides you with a set of support tickets you can fill in to get support out of turn. If you are a Dolphin permanent license holder, you can use the basic tickets system here on Unity for tech support.

The BoonEx agents can probably point you to experts (in the US) who would do this on a paid basis, but are as close and as handy as a phone for fast service.
