Had to reinstall - Problems now

Hi guys,

I did something really stupid earlier today and ended up having to reinstall dolphin over the existing files from my backup. I'm now having some major issues getting things to run correctly again.

Firstly, my RSS feeds from an external website, and from my own Orca forum section were displaying before I had to reinstall, now I'm just getting that loading image pop up. How can I rectify this? I've tried reinputting the RSS feed in the backend admin, but that's not working. Are there any files I need to edit manually to get this up again?

Also, my drop down headed bar menu now isn't working at all on the home page and is just displaying the "members" bar when one clicks on groups. I need to get this running correctly again...any idea how to do that? The nav fields are still set correctly in backend, but it just doesn't seem to be pulling actually onsite.

One final problem (for now that I can see) is that my promo image block is not working at all. The images are static and the resolution has got to shot on them (exactly the same ones reuploaded that looked stunning on the pre-reinstall). How can I sort this out? I've tried changing the image size capability in the index.css from 200 width to the 270 width that the original promo block images were, and these ones are, but it just makes it look fuzzy.

Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance!

I now have found another problem. People can't reply to blog posts either anymore, when you click on the reply link on the bottom of a post, it sends you right back to the index page. How do I solve this one? Please...any help would be awesome!
