IM invite window pops up in the 'member.php' window instead of 'chat.php'

Chatters will not know if they have received IM invitations unless they check 'member.php' window. I have set my chat room to have its own window and hence expect the IM invitation to popup on that window instead of members wondow. Anyone can tell me how fix this?
