Install Problem with Dolphin-v.6.0.0003-Free

Hi there, I'm new here and hoping to test out the free version of Dolphin - it look like a great tool!
When running the install I'm finding on the permissions page that a number of the folders listed to change permissions for don't exist in the files I've uploaded??!?!
I've downloaded the free version (Dolphin-v.6.0.0003-Free).
Heres a summary of the folders missing.
/groups/orca/cachejs
/groups/orca/log
/media/images/classifieds
/media/images/sharingImages
/orca/cachejs
/orca/log
/ray/modules/board/files
/ray/modules/im/files
/ray/modules/movie/files
/ray/modules/mp3/files
/ray/modules/music/files
I've re-downloaded/unpacked/uploaded - to no avail.
I'm assuming there is something missing here. I hope someone can help?

all sorted now. i found the answer in one of the forum threads.
if this happens to you, just create the missing directories yourself then all works well after that.
Error while executing: --SET NAMES 'utf8';
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '--SET NAMES 'utf8'' at line 1
Hostforweb techs has advised me to contact Bootnex. Has anyone seen this error? I know I have to edit a php file or something to correct the entry.
I couldn't find this on any Dolphin see more
Trying to install on 1&1 and I got the same error... Did you ever get it figured out?
