Modifying Quick Search box

hey i have a problem maube someone already come accross this issue and willing to help ill be greatful. i wannna modify my quick search, instead "i am a male seeking a female" i want something like seeking "and have a big drop down list with options like construction, medic, etc..." withing xxx amount of miles from xxx zipcode and also exclude "with photos only" option wich i don't need. please if any one knows? help me out? I really appreciate thanks in advance.
