Orca forum editor problem - unable to chage font/background color

Hey guys,

I can’t seem to change the text color or the bacground color in the orca-> forum editor when i post a message. It did work at one point but for somereason it is't working anymore. 
When i click to chage the font color or the backgroud color it displays the message false.

Even the background color highlighting the editor options(top of the editor) is the gray shade as it should be.

problem in both IE (version: 7.0.5.5730.11 and in Firefox (version: 2.0.0.11).

could use some help resolving this...
I posted this on boonex.org, expertzzz-as contributer and now here.
any ideas, guys?????
