Permission denied when trying to upload profile pic

When a user on my site tries to upload a pic to their prorile they cannot and get this message at the top of the screenWarning: mkdir(/home/youtenet/public_html/cuckoldshare.com/media/images/profile/37/) [function.mkdir]: Permission denied in /home/youtenet/public_html/cuckoldshare.com/inc/classes/BxDolMedia.php on line 198

I changed all three files from above to 777 and still got the same error message and not able to upload a profile pic. Also I changed the cache folder to 777

I have had many problems with my site HOSTFORWEB, a hacker entered and put a number of malicious files, and I believe that with the help of HOSTFORWEB managed to delete these files, they made me change into Hostforweb a series of permissions for folders, were allowed 755. Now when I come to the site or someone wants to sign me appear the following errors:
