Poor installation service

I paid for the installation service to load Dolphin onto my windows server. 5  days passed with no response so I chased it up.

The person who answers the sales@boonex.com email said they didn't have my ticket (supplied via a website form) So I filled it out again , then again then again still they said they did not have it, I emailed it twice still they said they did not have it (actually said the email was blank) so I supplied the details via skype one question at a time and live to a man called Mike at boonex .

I then got a message saying they couldn't log on ...didn't say to what ftp, mysql no idea! That was 5 days ago. I have chased and chased and nothing. So this morning I put a complaint into paypal and got a response from boonex ....... "we don't appear to have received your ticket "

I feel like they are jerking my chain! Not a good service and not a good way to waste 79$!

I have been talking to Mike at sales@boonex.com for 5 days given him all the information using your website 3 times, by email 2 times and also via skype. He confirmed that he has all the details but still nothing has happened.

I paid for this service on the 11th and in the 8 days since nothing has been do at all.

I know Mike, and he is stand up, I also know that they are OVER SWAMPED with all the upgrades and new installs.

I know that doesnt make the delay or anything better, but I can tell you they are not wanting to screw you or anything.

If it wasnt windows, I would install for you :-)

It's good to know that you have a high opinion of him. If they had come to me 10 days ago and said it would take 2 weeks I wouldn't have minded so much ..... I just feel like I am being d***ed around. I have customer 3 sites that want the software and it reflects badly on me when the work isn't done.

PeterH, I had a very good luck with their service too. Igor in my case has done everything possible to get me runing. His service is exceptional. I normally get one day turnaround on just about everything. I too had a little problem getting it installed the second time but the first time they were quick.
I had remeoved their software and went to a competitor but came back to BoonEx. Their software so far look better then the others and Igors service has been the key for me staying with BoonEx. see more My site is not open to the public yet but their service has been good to me.
I hope things turn around for you too. I know for sure they are not trying to take the money and run. Good luck.

I dont know if dolphin can be install into windows server lol, If you need install into linux server I can help :p

Have you got help yet. I have been trying to install dolphin on my vista wamp for couple of days without luck. I don't mind pay to get it installed if the paid service is helpful.

No troubleshooting guide... nuthing...

Group forums come up white page.
Orca don't not work worth a hill of beans..

My Linix server is decked out to the tilt... their is nuthing it does not have.

Orca... is probably the worst forum script I have seen to date...

I have been installing and working with forum scripts for close to 9 years...
Orca is by far the worst..

The dolphine sweet is cool... thats it..

My guess the reason for lack of support is so people have to ask them and pay for help...
I know another site who did that same...
I hope this one does not share it's future..
