Profile page error - urgent

Hello,

when i open up any profiles in my site, the page loads up then i get an error message saying "the Internet explorer can not open the page operation abort". It then redirects to page cannot be found.

Does anyone know what this issue is?

Can anyone help out in this issue.

admin panel/settings/advanced settings
UNcheck enable friendly profile permalinks
i have answered this in forums if you want to have site.com/user
search permalinks

Thanks but that wasn't the issue, the problem was with installing another mod. That mod didn't support the dolphin version i had. After removing the mod the profiles are working.
