Ray "not installed" after upgrade

Just applied patch 6.3 to 6.4,got upgrade.php working and all,

when i went to stwp 6 to change permissions all permissions were already set to what they should be "WEIRD"

When i went to registered ray in ray ,All ray products including ray base r not working giving message "not installed"

any help will be much appericiated

sounds like you have to get the new licenses for the new version of ray you upgraded too.

Hi,
I got something along those lines. I applied the hotfix and made a couple of changes and it was resolved.
