Remove Photo rating stars

If you deactivate Photo rating ability, the unused stars still appear in Browse Photo view. I was able to comment this out in 6.0005 in browsePhoto.php, but it changed too much in 6.1

Note: I am not talking about the Shared Photo page, as the rating block can readily be made inactive. I am talking about the browse view where all photo appear as thumnails.

Any idea have to remove these unused stars?
