I have a clean install of 6.1.1 and just noticed that search by zip codes won't work even if enabled in the admin settings.

Are you have zip-codes in your database? (usually it include in SP package) or you can purchase it at expertzzz site

I have zip codes working now, I had to change some coding to make it work on the search in home page. thanks anyway
