Stopped working after upgrade

I would like to believe that I followed all the instructions and upgraded from 5.6 to 6.0.0005.Now I can log into my account and all the other pages are there but the home page shows an error. "Database query error."
I am getting emails with error messages:
Database error in LuvCube Free Dating
Query:
SELECT `Approved` FROM `RayVideoStats`
Mysql error:
Table 'luvcube_datingdb.RayVideoStat
s' doesn't exist
Found error in file /home/luvcube/public_html/dating/inc/design.inc.php
at line 1385. Called db_value function
with erroneous argument #0
And then there is a long message after that.

you can see that 5.6-6.0 upgrade pack was made for 6.0.0003 version. It means that after transfer you should apply 0004 and 0005 patches according this manuals:

2) 5.6-6.0 upgrade resets to default `GlParams` table (table of settings). So if you didn't set after upgrade option 'Clean see more
Thanks for responding but when you follow step 7. Upload the latest Dolphin 6.0 package in your Dolphin's root directory then obviously you are getting the latest version. My installation shows that the I have 0005 installed.
Should I stall do what you suggest?
