When I click from the admin panel on the Orca to set it up-I get HTML code then the rest of the forum. What should I do ?

I have come to understand that alot of web hosts are now disabling url_fOpen in their php configuration. Its a sercurity issue. The way Orca is written causes it to cease to function properly because it uses absolute values for urls instead of relative urls and would either need to be changed to use relatives or re-written in a different, more secure version of php.

contact your web host and find out if they have url_fOpen disabled and see if they have the ability to change that setting.

Is there a way around this, if the host do not enable url_fopen?

I had this same problem. I fixed it by going to the forums after logging in as the admin. You will see to the right of [L[Forums Index]] something that says "Compile Languages EN"... click EN. A popup windown will confirm. Refresh your screen and voila! Message me if you need help.
