Rejected user can still Login

Hi,

When i reject or suspend user, it makes no difference, the user can still login, upload photos, and moreover the stuff of that user like pictures are still viewable on main or picture page. so what difference does it make to suspend or reject user ?

I want that if i reject or suspend user, he can login or even not login but in both way can't use any services, and pictures of that person should not be viewable when profile mark as suspended or rejected. is there any way to solve this ?
