6 0 0005 email and header issues Please Help

Hello everyone,

I'm new to this and could really use some help with a few things. First, let me say that my knowledge level is very basic so I will need a detailed explanation to my problems.

First, I bought the site already installed with the email address already coded. I followed the steps, but do not receive emails and can not get an Outlook Express account to work.

Also, when testing the system I tried to email through the "Contact Us" and it requires the sender to enter a security code. Each time the code is entered and submitted I receive an error code saying the information is not correct and all the entered fields and text are blank.
Can anyone help with this?

I would also like to remove the FAQ and About Us tabs. How do I do this?
