hello i am having trouble with changing the blocks such as site stats sign around i want to switch sides also does any one know when where we are able to allow user to add Html to there profile

You can move the 'site stats' box and other blocks by going in 'admin' then 'builders' then 'pages builder' and lastly click on 'homepage' you can then drag it to where you want.
