Trying to change the color of links - cant find css

I've gone through the whole general.css sheet and made a bunch of changes to the site, but cant figure out where the style for the links are? I looked at the links.css but didn't see anything that stuck out. I've only been using Dolphin for 2 days, but I really like it.
