Why do I have A "Friend" I don't know on my page

Can someone tell me why when I initially joined I had a picture listed as a friend named paintballjunkys on my page. Also how can I get rid of it?

Just to clarify... The problem is on my Unity profile where I cannot find an admin or user button to fix the problem. So the thing is there is paintballjunkys profile picture on my homepage in the My Members section but it does not show when I click View all. When you look at paintballjunkys' profile you realize it may be a fake profile.
Please help me getting rid of it. Many thanks.
