chat, User Authentication failed

ok i was chatting away and a member said the cant get into chat,
then another member that was chatting to me, left chat and tried to come back, they also got "User Authentication failed"

so i left chat and i also go User Authentication failed.
then i tried to enter with the admin account and got User Authentication failed

no changes have been made for 3 days, so what happens?

ok it aint the RMS, as it allows you in chat if you make a new account. so something just failed with all the other memebers account and chat, they can login to the site, but not that chat. new members can login to both the site and chat.

admin can not log into chat WTF?

i did the repair databse,
tested the rms with a new account, the new accounts can enter chat, the old accounts can not.
both new and old accounts can use the rest of the site while logged in.

WTF happend?

Please send me your site and server access information. We will check the problem. Also it would great if you could provide us with the accounts which are not able to access.
We have tested this with the newly registered accounts and everything works fine.

i sent all info as requested i think.
thanx for looking into this, it was strange to just stop after almost a week since the last file edit.

i edited chat on the 28/Feb and it broke on the 3/March
