error 404 profile not found

someone from this blog gave me the fanswer below but it never worked for me. The answer given was already setup in my installation.

i decided to try another install of dolphin to try it out, having used another cms for many years (and installed many others for clients) and i have nothing but problems with 404 errors. i find the answers somewhat unhelpful as they assume a pretty good working knowledge of the file system. i have also had no success uploading music or videos no matter what settings i use, which i realize is for another forum, but i'm frustrated with dolphin when these problems seem to have been overcome with other see more packages. any ideas?
