the code :

php_value upload_max_filesize 32M

php_value post_max_size 32M

But when I upload files I see this problem "the file size  shouldn't exceet 2 MB"

your settings have to be changed in the admin panel/plugins/ray suite
click on the widget plus sign to get drop options and then click settings...you will see 2 MB there change it

also match in admin panel/settings/advanced settings there you will also see 2MB in max upload sizes

You may also have to modify your php.ini file as well.
