installation error

iam trying to install dolphin on my web space and iam gettin this error.

500 internal server error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@repcofiji.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

after having a chat with my hosting providers they say there is no problem with the hosting

1) You need to finish changeing your permissions for ray files

2) 505 error is because of the htaccess file you can not have 2 on your server and you would have 2.

it needs to be installed in the root of your server not in a folder.

Try renaming your htaccess file to .bak or remove the php command from the top and put it in the php.ini
