this is easy. go to your account here, click "my communities", then click the one you want to remove.
on the right you'll see "Edit" click that, then changed the text and you get the option to have it visible or not, check the invisible box, and click publish.

you can see it still as you are logged in to your account, but log out and look, you'll see its hidden
