Exactly what step did you perform before this happened? The last step of installation instructs you to delete the Installation directory before proceeding.

Check a couple things, first, log into phpmyadmin and see if the database used for Dolphin is populated, if you have 152 tables (i belive), the sql script executed successfully and your dolphin site is successfully configured, you don't need to re-install.

If you don't have any tables in your Dolphin database, simply re-upload see more the install folder into your main directory and try again.
