About the topic, It's nice to at least see that the guys in Dolphin acknowledge the problem, although, sometimes Sorry alone wont do the job. I can honestly understand Jonny's point of view.. I for example submitted a support ticket over 3 weeks ago.. I'm still waiting for an answer.

Unoboonex.. just a thought, maybe next year the guys should consider having their vacations in different times so that you wont fall short of half of your staff.

dear kirlein i made misunderstood myself. When i was about to buy the presale office has alwasy replied at least within in 2 days but when i paid and i asked for assistance i had to wait for weeks!
