I'm actually logged directly into the cPanel for this site, rather than going through my main reseller cPan to access it right now. Perhaps I should try from the reseller end and see if that makes a difference. To be honest, I think I did that when I set up my other site the first time around.

I've also added the username to the DB with all privs set, so this problem is really confusing. I'm thinking it could have something to do with a problem I had see more over the whole hosting account the other day in that the whole phpMyAdmin system went down over everything and I had to ask for them (the providers) to sort it out for me. Maybe that has something to do with why it's not recognising me for this one now...
