I´ve found that the statstat.inc file comes to be a downloaded cache from the sitestat table from the database... Shouldn´t they be consistent?

I´ve changed the sitestat table, then I´ve come into the 'Dolphin admin' and then I´ve come out from it, to see if the statstat.inc was modified with the table changes... However, the file statstat.inc was exactly the same, only the file timestamp was changed.

What's going wrong with it?
