this is because you either have not used the MX records or you need to contact your host and ask them to set the PTR records, the PTR records are the most important, and hotmail check to see if the reverse ip lookup resolves to the website/mail server sending the mail, if not then the emails are just dropped 80% of the time

Thanks for that,but as i mention on my blog my user receive their mail from my site the only problem is when they open they mail instead of stating from my site(email) it said from: webhostprovider sending on the behalf of my site which make my site unprofessional
