I fixed it, Apparently page builder is limited on the amount of pages you can "build" with it so I had gone past the amount of pages and it created an error. so I had to manually go into my mysql database and delete the page because for some reason page builder doesn't allow you to delete the pages from the backend :) plus the pages aren't really pages they are "blocks" so...if u have the same problem and see one of your pages off to the side just delete the last page you did see more in your mysql.
