when i upgraded from pathc 6.3 tpo 6.4 the check mark from "use RMS" was unchecked. I'm not sure weather the 6.4 pathc unchecked the box or the hostfix.
my problem was the button to view/start up video wasn't available or hidden. After i put back the check mark everything seems to work.
Plugins-> ray suite ->base settings(located on top)--> use RMS.
