Try to solve this out by the following instructions.
Enter you database using phpMyAdmin.
Run the following SQL-query:

UPDATE `ProfilesDesc` SET `order` = '26.1', `visible`='memb,adm', `show_on_page`='25' WHERE `ID` = 42;
UPDATE `ProfilesDesc` SET `order` = '26.2', `visible`='memb,adm', `editable`='memb,adm', `show_on_page`='25' WHERE `ID` = 43;
UPDATE `ProfilesDesc` SET `order` = '27.6' WHERE `ID` = 53;
UPDATE `ProfilesDesc` SET `order` = '50' WHERE `ID` = 48;

Then enter Dolphin Administration see more Panel -> Settings -> Advanced Settings in option "Send a cupid mail if the recently joined profile matches more than this percentage" appoint 20 as a value.

That should do.
