Pros:
1.Great Design
2.Great Layout
3.Great improvement in RAY
4.Great added features

Cons:
1.Speed improvement is required
2.App bar gets under RAY(chat etc)
3.Yahoo like Left categorized collapsible menu is appreciated(due to lots of sub menus)
4.Instead of Full page loading, body of the page could be loaded while clicking the menus
5.File sharing is missing
