I was wondering, was the new report system put into Dolphin 7? I remember this system was discussed where any reports that were on a specific user and approved woud be noted on that specific users account. That way after they receive so many reports of a certian % their account could be suspended or blocked. That way the system could keep track of infractions on a specific member account.
