Yes I.E. 7 runs very slowly for me also. It takes about 45 seconds to load the page completely. It seems to get stuck on downloading some 12 items. With Firefox it works lightening fast.
If Yslow is anything to go by, the way the current components are set up on this beta, then Dolphin 7 should be a fair bit faster than Dolphin 6.4.
